I'm looking to receive counseling. I need help. I don't know how much I'm supposed to tell you here or what I should be telling you in person.
I think I might be having Gestalt memories resurface. I'm not sure though, I can't hardly tell when I'm awake or when I'm asleep.
Some days I think I know who I am and others I feel like I'm someone else
I don't know
I think Im depressed. or something. its a serious issue, I have so much anxiety. I'm trapped.
